I do not recommend anyone planning an event here. The coordinating staff is rude and will use their fees as retribution against you for being personally upset at you. It's one thing to calmly explain issues being brought up and another where you're shouting and abruptly hanging the phone on us without thoroughly explaining policies. If you get this upset over a small issue, you guys need to find a new line of work.
