If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.

They were very thorough! The store was extremely clean. Only a handful of customers allowed in at a time. Only 1 customer / group was allowed to shop the Lego wall at a time. You could not use your hands to pull from the bins, only thr provided tools that were sanitized between use.
