Good store, easy to find. Finding workers for help...different story. I was able to find the products on my own with everything being labeled and being fully stocked! Checkout workers were great and I'd come back to the store again for future purchases.

We got there right when the doors were opening. I needed help with my phone. There was no one that could help me with that. Then we went to look at Computers and of course no one there to help us. We were really surprised. Never have had this before. So I guess next time we will go back later in the day and have better luck. Also the shelves were empty with phone supplies.

For a big box store two staff were amazing. I showed them a pic from best buy. Com of exactly what I wanted. It took 15 minutes but they had it, even in the color I wanted. Never went past the entrance and had great service

I have visited this best buy multiple times and have always had great customer service. They are fully stoked and have pick up and in store displays of most all the gadgets you are looking for. I like this place because it’s also easy access from the freeway.

Bestbuy.com or app
Good customer service, no problem with returning items. The only problem I have it take 2 to 3 days for your account to be credited.
I have seen most of the popular brands of GPS on ther shelves. Magellan. TomTom. Garmin.
They might have some.
I buy a box for my charger I can change my Iiphone xs max
I dont think it's possible, but best to call.
Best buy sucks buy on Amazon buy it on eBay or offer up but don't go to Best buy they suck
All Best Buys do.
Yes
Yes, they do.
I'm not sure about that Brian. I would just give them a call to find out.
I think only a week for both.
Go to their website. If you can't do that, you don't need a smart TV.
They should email you
Yea they can help, it takes a bit of depending on the amount of data transfered but its easy to do
I don't work there my friend. I just did a post.
Not sure if they fix watches
You can find it on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017FYMCTA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_zK58EbNYH7G3X
Yes. Bring ALL the accessories, cables, software and booklets in when you return the laptop, otherwise portions of the return value will be subtracted for every missing item.
I believe you can do this in person. Apparently they have a 14 day return policy.
No you can not. Bu you are able to make an appointment online and they will see you.
I used the curbside pickup and then also used it for a return. The phone case was the wrong one. I had no trouble with the process.
Yes, they have you pull in to a spot, you give your order number show your ID and they bring you your order
I wish that I could help you there, but it's my son who works for best buy, apologies
Check their inventory online, it's usually very accurate...
Should be under warranty. Return it or have them exchange it for a new one.
No. @ Best Buy's Website, data for this model show this is not a touchscreen. So standard touch type pens are not supported. The only pen options that would work on/with the screen would require an optical scanner/sensor type (often software or drivers to support it). Much rarer these days. If pen input is important to you, research that type. I recommend contact the manufacturer, or store staff directly.
I would go in person to see what they say with the Receipt in hand to show the proof of purchase.
Just call the store and ask for a Samsung representative and they will help you
No they dont you will always have to pay taxes.
I definitely would think Best Buy would have all that you need
Call the phone card number on the back of the card
Can check out their website. Usually tells you if they have it in stock
I would advise you look in the owners manual or search for your model online.
If they sell it 😉
Roku TV includes Roku support inside (device). Roku device/service itself does not support Chomecast, & last I checked does not mirroring of screen/display from computer/smartphone/tablet (another answerer said it does, perhaps they know better?). The TV may be able to support Chromecast or screen/display mirroring, if included or else by adding an external device (usually via HDMI). If you want screen mirroring ability at all (not only Chromecast), check the TV manual or manufacturer for options, to see if any means included (Chromecast, Miracast/MHL, even Wi-Fi provides wireless options). If not included, ability can likely be added via external device &/or software. Also same for device you are sending/transmitting/mirroring from; may be included options.
