I purchased a TV on line & subsequently changed my mind regarding the model. I would like to return it to your Mission Center Rd store & select another model. Can I do this or must I return it via UPS ??

I believe you can do this in person. Apparently they have a 14 day return policy.

You should call the store for sure but I believe you can swap it out in store if they have the other model.
