Should be under warranty. Return it or have them exchange it for a new one.

I recommend you contact Best Buy staff directly, by telephone or messaging. Lookup valid official contact info at their official sites. (Can't rely on any Google Place's staff to answer this, & they can't process thru this Google Place Q & A.). I agree with suggestions to process the product or parts for warranty repair, while under warranty. Find out from Place if you can process thru them, or requires processing via manufacturer or authorized warranty repair center. Find out if part is proprietary to product or manufacturer, or else if standard part you can get elsewhere. The manufacturer or manuals/documentation is one of the better sources for this info.
