Can’t speak highly enough of this shop! My artist was James and he is very patient, understanding, and such a blast to talk to, not to mention amazing at his craft. I don’t think I could be any happier with my new tattoos! The shop itself is very clean and the other artists are very pleasurable to talk with, overall great vibes from this place. Will definitely be back soon!

I truly don't like to leave bad reviews, but my experience with Full Circle was astoundingly unprofessional, and I do feel it's important to state my objective experience with the shop. I invested a lot of personal time attempting to coordinate an appointment and in the end, I was never able to have this happen, for reasons still unknown to me. I want to note that my communication was prompt, and I had complete willingness to provide a deposit for the artist, etc. - anything to honor the artist's booking process and make the experience seamless for both parties. I had inquired about a tattoo appointment intended for my mom, who I wanted to gift the appointment to as a birthday gift. The artist I was seeking to make the appointment with was Sarah Herzdame. She does state in her booking form that she doesn't accept every project presented to her due to her prioritizing larger scale pieces; I want to be clear that I understood this from the beginning. I followed Sarah's booking instructions. A couple weeks passed, and I received no response from Sarah. I wasn't surprised, as I was fully aware not all inquiries are responded to, and the project I submitted was for a small tattoo. However, a few days later, I see an Instagram story posted on Sarah's page stating that she is currently booking small projects. I didn't want to send her any more inquiries, but also didn't want to miss an opportunity to snag an appointment, so since I hadn't heard back from her, I decided to send the shop an email directly explaining my difficulty with trying to get an appointment with Sarah via her personal booking process. Justine, the shop manager, was very prompt in responding to my email the next day, and kindly took my information for the project and said that she would pass it along to Sarah...within that same day, she claimed she spoke to Sarah directly about this project and Sarah said it was a project she would be willing to do, and that she would be in touch with me via email to book going forward. I really appreciated this. Several more days pass, and again...no response from Sarah. I decide to try one last resort and call the shop directly. A Sirena(?)/Serena(?) - I believe - answered the phone and I explained the situation again.I was told that Sarah wasn't in that day but I would receive a callback when this was addressed with her once more, The next day I am informed over the phone that once again, when reminded, Sarah was still agreeing to this project and that she was just "probably" overwhelmed with emails, but again...I was told she would be in touch. Several more days pass...again, nothing. By this point, I was feeling so incredibly frustrated and confused. While I fully understand she is very busy and is in high demand, I just felt that I was owed a simple quick message of, "I'm too busy and will have to pass on this project," especially because I had two people working the shop telling me she was interested and did indeed want to complete the project, yet I had no idea why she couldn't take a few moments of her time to solidify an appointment with me. I decide to send one more email to the shop, detailing how disappointed I was in the entire experience and that I was STILL waiting to hear back from Sarah. Justine responded again, and said she would remind her again when she came into the shop that day to write me back. Alternatively, she also mentioned that I could book an appointment with Sarah's boyfriend, an artist also at the shop. I want to specifically mention that in my INITIAL inquiry to Sarah and the shop, I stated how that because my mom is older, and naturally more picky about her tattooing experience, she really only felt comfortable getting tattooed by a female artist, and took an interest in Sarah's work because she tattooed in a style that went with her other tattoos. I want to note that Sarah's boyfriend tattoos in an entirely different style. Clients send appointment inquiries to specific artists because THEY WANT TO GET TATTOOED BY THAT PARTICULAR ARTIST. Pls read the rest of my experience on Yelp.

I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been working with Jordae and his work is amazing. I have very sensitive skin and he has taken so much time making sure my tattoos come out beautiful…..and they are! The best place EVER!!!!!

Full Circle was wonderful! I was visiting from out of state and Jasmine called me back quickly. She talked to me about my tattoo and said they had a small opening. We emailed, and an artist said yes! Full Circle is professional, kind, safe, clean, and full of incredible artists. The shop is immaculate and quiet! It was relaxing and I could hear my artist when he spoke to me. My artist, Jordan, was excellent. He was friendly, conversational, conscientious, and had a beautiful design drawn up when I walked in for my appointment. He listened to me and gave me a tattoo better and more beautiful than I imagined it. 🤩 Thank you!
