Good customer service, no problem with returning items. The only problem I have it take 2 to 3 days for your account to be credited.

Can't help you with that I only carry the c type and hard difficult to get an adapter for my Dell laptop cost a lot sorry that's all I could give you but with this pandemic thing it's difficult even to get a a nerd to anyway to help you Best buy might be my best answer
