Usually I’ll hand wash my car myself, I was busy on the day I usually wash my car and was bothered to see my car dirty so I decided to just run it through this touchless car wash, worst decision I’ve made in recent memory now my car has swirls all around that are easily noticeable when the sun gets bright and now I have to spend $800-$1,000 on a paint correction job. Horrible experience don’t waste your money on this car wash.

Their machine malfunctioned and caused my truck to ram the vehicle in front of me 5-6 times before they turned it off resulting in a bent/dented/scratched bumper on my truck. My truck was trapped in the middle of two vehicles. The vehicle behind me crashed into mine 5-6 times as well before anyone stopped the machine. The employee said they recently installed new equipment and their system has been malfunctioning since that happened. Why would they continue to operate without fixing this huge issue? I met with their manager and filled out a damage report. If they replace my bumper and whatever other parts were damaged on my truck I'll update this review.

It's a great place to get your car washed. Friendly staff and good location! I love the smell of the soap, too!
