Dirty store, rude/classless employees, unstocked shelves, overly priced. I only go here if I’m shopping for elderly family who enjoy certain products. This was several years ago, but I found a hair baked into my daughter’s second birthday cake. They tried to blame it on me, because I have long hair. One, my hair isn’t blond. Two, I showed them where it was under the frosting, not on the surface. They were absolutely ridiculous about refunding me the $25, and the manager acted like it was coming out of his own pocket. Never EVER again.

I had an awesome experience. I am full time shopper for instacart and my customer wanted things from the deli that weren’t readily available. Lisa C. Didn’t let these items stomp her. She was ready and willing to make fresh deli sandwiches and fresh fried chicken for my customer. She didn’t complain nor did she bat a lash. Her customer service was exceptional and I won’t forget how dedicated she is to pleasing guest of Tops. Kudos Lisa C. You are very much appreciated. 😊
