Dr. Maung cho san, Office assistant was one of the rudest people we’ve ever talk to. Just because we were going to be 15 minutes late for a doctors appointment. Dr. San is probably one of the worst doctors at Kaiser so is his staff. Very disappointed.

Dr Geary OB/GYN is fantastic. She always takes time to listen and makes you feel heard. I never feel rushed. She is very caring and very gentle. I am happy with my Kaiser care.

Dr. Pauline Seguban is responsible for my 69 year old husband’s premature death. We were switched to her when our Internal Medicine Doctor Julie Winters retired, unfortunately. Dr. Winters would’ve sent my husband to a treatment team or have him admitted as in-patient to diagnose his autoimmune disorder, which would’ve saved his life. For many months my compliant husband was sent all over Kaiser( Dermatologists, Ophthalmologists, chest X-rays) as the numerous symptoms presented themselves. Each time he would return with some eye drops or rash cream or new RX. Dr. Seguban could not see the big picture, she couldn’t put it together. Finally, I started attending my husband’s appts. Urging her to refer him to an Immunologist. She said Kaiser doesn’t have Immunologists, only Allergists. She still didn’t seem to get that these multiple symptoms, including fevers, were complicated and he needed to be turned over to a team who could provide him some diagnostic answers. Finally, under Dr. Seguban’s care, my husband arrived weak at Vallejo ER. By this time, his health was severely compromised, and he sadly died 20 days into hospitalization. Turned out he had Epstein Barr, not fatal. Totally inept care and diagnostic follow up. He leaves 11 grandchildren and a loving family who miss him.

They have gotten better, they are not so much like the Gestapo gate keepers of years past, with the prescription refills. But sometime the lines back-up out the doors. They try and encourage online transactions but not everyone from the Pepsi generation is comfortable with that kind of business. My experience with online prescription refill has been generally good, but when a prescription needs to be refilled early because I'm going on vacation or will be out of the country they seem to have a problem with those transactions.
