I've been seeing these folks going on 2 months and Doc's Tyler and Rich have help me get back on the path of living a pain free life. I currently see them now only once a week and can sincerely say that I'm feeling much better, sleep better and my sciatic pain has been relieved. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for Chiropractic help, the cost is very reasonable and you can pretty much set your own schedule to come in. Additionally, you can see a specific doctor but every doctor there is just as proficient as the last one you saw. Thanks "The Joint Chiropractic"

I had been seen years ago for some specific issues regarding my neck and some nausea I was experiencing. Was a great visit, and my needs were taken care of. Went back a month ago to see if I could get an adjustment, I was experiencing some bad headaches for a week and noticed one shoulder sitting higher than the other. The chiropractor did some weird tests, and sent me out to get some X-rays. Said he was concerned about a possible neurological issue, and told me to get the images on a CD. He would see me back the same day if I was able to do that. Seemed kind of off to me, I didn't think chiropractors were qualified to interpret X-rays, but I went along with it. Got my X-rays, and went to the Goodyear location next day with my CD because it was closer. The chiropractor at that location told me that not only do the CDs not work to view the images on their computers, but that they had to wait on- guess what- a radiologist's report of said X-ray images. Which could take 3-5 days. All while I'm nursing 800mg of Ibuprofen to just be functional. So why did the chiropractor at this Surprise location say he could see me the same day? After that I cried in my car and just gave up. My headache went away on its own and my back straightened itself out. I asked the girls at the Goodyear location for a manager's contact information, sent out an email, and got nothing back. I guess the silver lining was that I didn't pay for any of these appointments I made. I just wasted my time and suffered driving around in pain for no reason.

You will waste hours of your life sitting there waiting to be seen as you watch new patients come in and be seen right away. There is nothing convenient about having to sit there for over an hour each time you come in and I’ve tried coming in at different times of the day. The chiropractic visits left me in more pain than I was in before. And I’ve seen chiropractors dozens of times in the past and have never been in pain like I was going to the joint. They are the fast food of chiropractic care. I would rather see someone reputable and is more considerate of my time and pain needs.

Dr. Rich, the young man that did my adjustment was very professional and described things in depth for easy understanding. I came out feeling much looser and walking better. The area that had been hurting in my shoulder was not hurting at all. I was treated very well and the receptionist was also very caring and professional. I would recommend the Joint to anyone who wants to feel better.
