I have been going here for years and have always had good, knowledgeable, and friendly staff as well as great prices. Most recently I went there to buy a new pod mod and was helped by a great staff member named "Alex". Love my new mod thanks again Alex and Red Star.

Rickey was very very very helpful and friendly! I live in Tucson, but I was in Surprise visiting some friends and I needed a new vape. He recommended a new Vape and showed me how to use it and all its features. He also helped me get a juice that I would really like. It was a great and very pleasant experience.

I was in the shop off Bell out in Surprise today and had a great experience! Alex was super friendly and helpful. I wanted some new juice but forgot my glasses and can’t see enough to read the flavors, he seemed happy to list off a bunch of them until i found one i wanted! i have found that this isn’t always the case, fairly often i feel like whoever is helping me gets irritated with this and i end up just settling on something too quickly so that i can avoid feeling like i a pain. I will for sure be going back next time i’m in the area!!

Great staff. They are always helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. Store is clean and easy to find items. Again, amazing staff. Love coming to this store and the prices are very reasonable, always have what I want. They have a rewards program and the points system for that program offer great deals as well. But most importantly the staff is incredible. Great team at this place.
