I have been on the phone waiting and waiting to figure out the insurance information. They are terrible. And when I did get a hold of an associate, they don't even try when we explain how they are credentialed with Opticare Vision Services, even though they are credentialed nationwide. getting an appointment set up and services billed through insurance is a joke!

The Dr. himself is nice and has great bedside manners. The staff at the front, assisting customers with frames are great. However, the staff that works with the Dr. when you check in are TERRIBLE. I had scheduled an appointment for Saturday. When I arrived there I was told I need to reschedule because that Dr. does not accept my BCBS yet. I reschedule for Wednesday and when I arrive my insurance was not verified yet. I waited 30 minutes for them to try to verify my insurance. Apparently, she had some difficulties and I was told I needed to reschedule again.... ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I wasted my time not on one visit BUT two. Not even an apology.

I loved the experience. The girl in the red hair was quick and professional! She was great I do want to say a big thing to me is a doctor and Dr. Zeimann was amazing he answered all questions. I have bad vision and he was being patient haha . He’s a good doctor. This doctor was so nice ! Will come back again
