Right now they're going through a remodel, I'm not talking about that right now because that's not even an issue. What I have an issue with, is the fact that at 7pm on a SATURDAY, the dressing room is closed. Women coming over with armfuls only to get upset and leave the store with me. I asked someone lazily folding clothes why it was closed and she said they are understaffed and they've been closing dressing rooms by 7pm every night for a long time now. I literally left my family for some quiet time alone to shop for workout clothes so I can turn my life around and finally get fit. Of course I unknowingly chose to shop for this momentous occasion just as everything is shut down. The fact that they cannot have 1 person working that area until the closing time of 10pm is ridiculous. Even 9 would be understandable. But now people cannot evening shop for clothes. HIRE. PEOPLE.

I only buy water and in bulk. I need it from the back and not once did I get bad customer service. THANK YOU!

Again I was wondering around and a young gentleman who was obviously on a mission stopped. He asked me if I needed help and proceeded to look up the item I needed, called to have someone eyeball the item and even volunteered to walk me to the item which was on the other end of the store. As I walk through the store people are very busy stocking and such but they are NEVER too busy for the customer. They greet you warmly at the door when you enter and as you leave. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Not easy parking in handicap parking. We get to electronics and had to find someone to call someone else to assist me. Bottom line, wasted my time as they may sell Consumer Cellular phones but not any cases, just told to try Amazon for a phone case.
