I now go to the Surprise office. The front desk woman is always welcoming and polite. The man that draws your blood is awesome. One stick, and all done. Anthony Nelson is a very nice man. He was definitely questioning everything, from what meds I take to what I'm doing for my exercises. Ha ha! His assistant was nice too. Between the two of them they took great care of me. I hope that this office and myself can have a long healthy relationship.

I have only been going here for about a year, but it has been wonderful! The two front desk ladies are always so polite and welcoming. The way they talk to the patients is very kind. I see Karie and she is a great provider! She is so down to earth and easy to talk to. Her medical assistant has been great too! She knows exactly what I need when I come in and makes sure to answer any questions I have! They are both super easy to talk to and that makes doctors visits easier. A special shout out to the lab tech also! I have had blood work done 3-4 times in the last few months and he is absolutely wonderful! Painless every time. I have been to many doctors offices and have worked in a few also, and I have been so happy here. Thank you guys!

This review is purely written in response to the staff and one of the providers at this location. A couple months back I was in dire need of seeing a physician for my ongoing symptoms. My original provider was not available to schedule with so I opted to see Jennifer Sutton, who was highly recommended by others and praised for her bed side manner. Upon arriving at the office, the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a very warm welcome and made the experience a little less stressful with his humor and genuine personality. Nelly, the MA, also greeted me with an endearing smile and efficiently helped me prepare for my visit. When Jennifer walked into my exam room, she immediately made me feel less anxious for what was to come. She was incredibly bubbly and friendly, but still attained professionalism. It truly felt like she was listening to my complaints, she never broke eye contact even when I did and showed visible gestures that she heard and understood my symptoms. She answered my questions and concerns thoroughly, but explained everything to a degree that I could understand. Overall, she treats me like a person and a close friend, not another routine patient. Other than to schedule a visit with Jennifer Sutton (which I highly recommend), I do not recommend anyone do business with Arrowhead Health Centers in general. The management and owners do not “put people first” and treat their employees very poorly. They are EXTREMELY lucky to have such a wonderful physician and person such as Jennifer.
