Hello Me and my mom moved in a month ago the staff here is so nice the building and amenities are amazing I want to leave this review for Ms.Cathy (concierge)whom is such a Beautiful person inside and out she helped my mom with any concern and doubts. Absolutely love living here! Not only is it a convenient and great location with exceptional amenities, it also has an amazing, attentive, hard working, and genuine staff, from the managers/supervisors, leasing office, receptionist, and maintenance. Can’t imagine living anywhere else in DC!

I had made a reservation for a tour at 5PM at this location. The team gave me a fob and asked me to go navigate the property by myself even though I'd asked for a guided tour. Went and looked at the unit, which was fine (standard market rate unit), I requested all-in pricing information and was never provided that on email or otherwise. The team member was double booked for some reason and proceeded to completely neglect my presence. What a waste of time and energy, I'd skip and go to other properties in the area. This team doesn't care about getting you leased up, wonder how nightmarish it would be to actually live there when it comes to service calls etc.
