WORST MANAGEMENT! My husband and I have been living in Gables City Vista for more than four years, and currently, we are experiencing the worst management. Stefanie is not friendly and she doesn’t feel she is obligated to answer residents' questions and concerns.The building is not safe anymore. People from outside easily enter through the elevators and stairs and park their cars for days and months in the garage, and no one supervises and monitors the entrances. We used to receive updated emails about breakthroughs and emergencies before and have an idea about what is going on in our community from previous managements. Unfortunately, Stefanie is not a responsible manager and the residents are not happy at all.

This building is bug infested !!!! Not just roaches all kind of bugs and not just in the units they are in the hallways and common areas !!! Reviews seem like they are fake! Everyone here always talks about unorganized and unprofessional this building is run! Been here 5 years it’s been managed poorly the whole time but the bugs just started becoming serious over the last year! Already 5 people have moved off my floor ALONE! Ppl are leaving this building has high turnover rates for tenants and staff ! I still live here now but am actively looking else where to live ! Will be posting pics on here very soon !

All I can say is thank you so much Patrick for letting me just walk in and showing me everything. I know you was very busy but you still took the time out to show me around and I know it was about good 45 mins however the tour was great This would be ,my second review tonight because that young man was so nice and helpful and just help me take my mind off of things even doe the apartment was a little to high as I told him he still showed me every thing and told me about different programs in the area and about you guys Maryland property in Hyattsville. I have seen 5 apartment's today and I must say this was the best one not just because how nice the place was its because how nice that young man was to me . For once I felt like some one every one else turns they back on me or say you need an appt not him I just want to let you know as I was looking for an an apartment today not only did you show me an apartment you made me feel important thank you so much I see big things for you young man best service I have had in a long time im 47 years old so I have seen a lot this is defiantly a place to call home please go see this young and and this very nice apartment complex
