I'm assuming you have a cell plan for your iPad. Check with your carrier. That's the easiest, but most expensive. You can also buy a Sim card there, bit of effort, but MUCH cheaper. There are other options, such as a hotspot. Google cell phone data in country or countries where you are going. You'll get plenty of information, and some great prices.
