It’s never a fun experience to have a problem with a device but ComputerLand made it as good as it could be. My iPhone sustained some damage out of warranty and they had the small repair done within 2 hours. Everything was explained up front, all my detailed questions were answered with no annoyance, and the three people I spoke with during my visit were so kind and understanding. My issue was not something Apple would have fixed so I’m happy it was done, and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend for any of your computer and device repair needs — and happy to support a local small business!

One good story, one bad story. Good story: Repaired my Lenovo Yoga's broken hinge for under $200 ($40 diagnostic + $100 labor + $50 new hinge) in 5 business days. They change $40 up front for a diagnostic, but they'll subtract that cost from the final cost. On top of that, they cleaned my entire laptop. Bad story: I was very satisfied with the good story, so when my keys began to fail, I went back. I was charged $40 up front, and told that if wasn't fixed, I could come back and just pick it up. Three days later, I was told that the job was done and that I could pick up my computer at any time. When I came back, I was charged $100 for labor, which the $40 diagonostic was not subtracted from. Seemed kinda shady, but they already did the work, so what are you gonna do. In the end they charged $140 for taking my keys off my keyboard, cleaning them, and putting them back on. Admittedly, I can't do this myself, but I could probably have found the same service for a lot cheaper. They're a small business, so maybe they have to upcharge sometimes. I paid the cost and left, but I don't plan on coming back.

I brought my 2016 MBP in for repair after my backlight started to fail. They were able to work with apple to get it repaired for free due to a faulty part AND did same for my defective battery. Great communication throughout

These guys are great and they certainly know their stuff. I've been here several times, both for my fast work computers and for my personal home gadgets and the have never failed me! Highly recommend!!
