I had a problem I had to fix and after 6 phone calls to competitors, (3 being other UPS Stores) and a visit to the drop off hub in Waldorf, this store and DAWN were the ONLY ONES able to help by ASKING THE RIGHT questions with my limited knowledge. For the past 3 years no matter who has waited on me via the telephone or in person, mostly in person I have never received anything less than 5 star service. I truly wish I could give 10 or more. I have never in 64 years experience such high quality customer service. It is basically unheard of these days. My hat off to each and everyone of the team and staff, so willingly to assist help and to be of service.
