Amazing, true BWM experience. Jivan, the (SA) and Andrew (SM) provided an amazing car buying experience. Car buying usually is a hussle (this is my 3rd car bought in the U.S.). The first one was an i3 bought from Mountain View - experience like shopping meat in Walmart. The 2nd was a custom ordered Jeep which also was a hussle. When we looked for ordering a car, the nearby (San Jose) dealerships were very unprofessianal - experience similar to buying cheap smthign from Walmart. Finally we found Weatherford BMW - whom were awesome. They had a fully loaded M440i in the showroom, Jivan took it out from the showroom, handed over the key for a 30 min test drive!!! What an experience - resulting in placing a custom order. During the custom order process, Jivan was super helpful and friendly with the updates. After 5 roughly months - the BMW arrived - and taking ownership of the car was the smoothest and best car buying experience. The negotiation part was done via mail, the financing call happend a day before the delivery via phone, finance guy was not pushy selling dealer addon, and all the financing paperwork was done in a few mins, in advance. So the next day when we took the delivery, it took around 15 mins and during the process the dealership made us feeling as anyone should feel after spending $70k. We love our M440i convertible. The next BMW will be bought from here for sure.

We had easily the most straightforward and simple car purchasing experience we’ve ever had with Weatherford BMW of Berkeley. It was also the most transparent and quickest process we’ve ever had buying a car. There were no hidden fees or additional costs, as we found with other primarily online car companies. And when they weren’t able to complete our financing paperwork before the end of their work day (not their fault, we came in later in the afternoon), they simply had our car delivered to us the next day. I rarely leave reviews in general. But since car buying is traditionally incredibly high pressure and unnecessarily time consuming, I want others to know that Ali, Ben and the team at Weatherford gave us the opposite of that experience. We are grateful, and will look to them for future car purchases, and so should you!
