Maria at AT&T Store, Glendale, AZ was most helpful today in simplifying a flip phone for use by my 93 year old mother in law. Maria was like the genius at an Apple Store. She coded the Contacts in the phone with a number. So all my mother in law had to do is hit the #1 key to dial up Voicemail, #2 key to call me, # 3 key to call her son and # 4 key to call her real estate agent. It was brilliant. AT&T stores should all adopt Maria's method of converting a flip phone into a Senior Phone. Thank you Maria.

Mari was incredible. She told us about so many new offers and options on our account. We walked in frustrated because of an error with transferring phones to our sons new one and she confidently said no problem and from there she did. While she was fixing it she combined our accounts into one, told us about a free apple watch, and then upgraded my husband's phone. She was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable and very friendly. She joked around with us and didn't show anything other than a positive attitude and enjoyment of her job. She deserves a raise or recognition of some sort because my husband isn't always the easiest to deal with.
