I brought my desktop in for help with a graphics card I had installed incorrectly. The guys at Asurion got it back to me the next day. I also had just bought a new monitor. When I set it all up I was having issues with the monitor. I came in and explained what was going on. Stan asked if I could bring the machine and monitor in. When I did he took it all back to his workstation and in a few minutes had it up and running. He even updated some software for me all at no extra charge. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received!!

I went in expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for a new USB port/motherboard for my phone because of the way it was acting and Junior, what a great guy!, made a couple of software changes and everything worked perfectly!

See below for updated review. Trey and Steven were so helpful and kind. Excellent customer service! Phone looks like new ! Update on 4/18/22 Shady warranty and bad customer service. I was told my part repair a month ago would be under warranty for a year. A month later - screen cracked again which is what they originally fixed. I went in to get it repaired AGAIN. Guy said warranty didn't cover the part and I kept asserting that it was covered because isn't that the point of a warranty? To cover a part they fixed? I guess not. Trent, the lead tech, came out and started barking at me raising his voice to explain it further but it wasn’t helpful. He could have said it calmly instead of yelling it to my face. It made me feel so uncomfortable. Bad customer service. I took my phone back and left. Won't go back.

Amazing! Replaced the screen (glass, LCD, digitizer) on my S21 Ultra in about 2 hours. Zero issues. Super fast service and high quality repair at the LOWEST price in the area! Out of the 10 repair services I contacted Asurion Tech was the best price by at least $100. The staff is great, too. Friendly, personable, they don't rush you through questions. If you've got something for repair this is the place to go!
