Staff is very caring treating my elderly dog’s nails. I saw them get down on their knees cutting her nails and pampering her. I could see their friendly smiles doing their job and they love what they are doing . Dog lovers!!!! Thank you so much!

Groomers are untrained and hurt my dog! The manager Trey was rude and defensive when I told him about it. He can’t manage his employees and has no customer service skills. Store is disorganized and dirty! The restroom was filthy and I was the first to use it that morning. Employee told ME to move a large cart of stock that was blocking the aisle so I could use the disgusting restroom that looked like no one ever cleaned it. Shame on Petco! They used to be such a reputable company.

The cashier Kimber was extremely nice, I asked her about a $5 reward that was supposed to on my account but it wasn't showing. Not only did she find a 20% off coupon on my account that actually took off $8 she also mentioned remembering helping me one time I came in and had the reward for a free bag of food. It was so great to be treated so well by an associate at your store. Not to say I ever been treated terribly but she was exceptional. She made me smile. Great associate and person!
