My stepbrother went here while he was in Arizona for about 3 months. He went back to Europe and my mother and him have gone to this gym to cancel the membership before he left the states. We got a notification that we have overdue payments to make when everything was paid and the account was "closed" when they went together to cancel the membership. My mother ended up going a second time to see what was going on and why she was asked to pay additional charges and was told that it was a false alarm and there is nothing to worry about. I get a call from some lady who asks me if I had a membership at LA fitness to which I respond "no" but then I realized that my phone number was linked to the esporta fitness account that we created for my stepbrother while he was here in the U.S. she told me she would like to speak with him and that we would have to go to the gym and pay $50 and an additional $24 for accrued charges. When I told her we canceled that membership, she didn't see it on her end and said it might be a frozen account, but it's not cancelled and is showing an overdue payment. I explained to her it's been a few months since my stepbrother left the states and that gym has not been used by any of us. My mother ended up going to the gym for THIRD time and they assured her the gym membership was cancelled. When I told the lady over the phone, she said okay and our conversation ended there. She never called but I get payment notifications on my phone to pay these charges on the esporta app. They will hunt you down for money no matter what. I don't know if the people at the gym are incompetent and don't know how to CANCEL an account or whatever reason, but I am BEYOND annoyed that they are asking to pay these charges when they should not be there. This just goes to show you that you have to make sure that they are charging you correctly and that you are not being charged and blindly paying for services you don't use. I go to EOS and would never use or recommend Esporta/LA fitness for this very reason unless you never plan on cancelling your gym membership.

LOVE the wet sauna here! I took my complimentary "evaluation" to discover some minor exercises that would help my body. Eric was my trainer, and was kind and helpful.

I stopped in to this ESporta a week ago, as I was in the area. Staff was very friendly, the machines were in good condition, locker room clean, steam and sauna were great, the hoist machines were amazing . Manager on duty was a tall guy, Chris? Very courteous and helpful. Great fitness center!

They improved the gym with a functional fitness area. Its only $10 a month for esporta now but I will keep my LA fitness membership so I can still go to non esporta locations. I like that there are more options for functional fitness now.
