I placed an online order. A very simple order with just tuna and cheese. The young girl who made the order, got it wrong. I went in to get the order redone and a haggard looking woman, who refused to give me her name, but must be the manager, made another sandwich with just cheese and bread. I told her the order at least 2 times. She then tells me it's my fault because I didn't tell her what I wanted on the sandwich. I told her she needed to drop the attitude and just give me my sandwich. She refused until I told her I wasn't leaving without the correct sandwich. She kept on and on being very unprofessional.Not once did anyone apologize for their mistake. Not once did they treat me with the care and respect a customer deserves. This is not the first time, this haggard looking woman who hates her job, has been extremely disrespectful to me. So if you want your poorly made sandwich by incompetent, bitter personnel, go ahead and go there.

The staff have been very rude almost every time I come in and whenever I order through Doordarshan with this location they always get my sandwich wrong. First time it wasn't toasted and this last time they added bacon...I get a sandwich with only turkey and cheese and they still get it wrong every time.

I usually go to this location for subs. But last couple of times experience was horrible with staff. They don't care about customer, feel like they are giving free subs. Don't go this location unless you're hurry. Manager pleáe be proactive and do the needful for customers.

The people here are so friendly. The place is very clean and even more organized than most Subways. It has great indoor and covered outdoor seating. I normally wouldn't feel the need to review a Subway but staff and location made it worth giving a shout out!
