After dealing with Advanced Auto and their idiocrasy the other day, O'Reilly was a breath of fresh air. Kimberly knows what she is talking about and if it weren't for the guy who originally was helping me, I would give 5 stars. If Kimberly wasn't there, it'd have been 2 stars max. Definitely recommend over Advanced

I came in for wiper blades. The older gentleman who helped me was great! He told me it will be a bit as they were getting busy! I was in no hurry, so I waited for one of the employees to replace them. I then head outside and Dana is replacing a customer’s wiper blades and had a smile on her face..I felt bad that she was in this heat, so I didn’t ask her to do mine. I could wait for the gentleman that helped me. Dana then comes over and says “I got you” and proceeded to replace them and we got to talking and we were both laughing hysterically by the time she finished! Just want to let you know Dana and her coworker were awesome! I don’t live near that store, but it’s the store I will go to! Thank you!
