I have been seen by this Urgent Care Facility 3 times in the past year or so and each time was a breeze! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The doctors have all been attentive and willing to treat. It is so nice to be able receive this care when doctors are booked solid.

The doctor didn’t listen to me. I very clearly explained my symptoms and she didn’t pay any attention. Prescribed medicine for a UTI did a culture and said she’s get back to me in three days. It’s now 4 days later. I called and left a message asking for results. My complaint was secondary to the primary complaint which went ignores. Didn’t fill the prescription and called my primary care physician and got seen and sent for tests and a CT scan. Scan showed Acute Diverticulitis. I could have ended up in surgery or dead had I taken her quack advice. I’m glad I didn’t and went to my primary care to get the help o needed. I don’t recommend.
