The rooms AC wasn't working. The young lady copped an attitude with me when I asked to change rooms and they took $10 away from me because I left at 11am rather than 10:30. There weren't enough towels or toilet paper either. Just so many things that were not acceptable I won't be staying here again.

Yes there service sucked called the front office n no 1 answered a few roaches in the room I mentioned this 2 them n they said it happens come on really n they were 1inch big ugh I hgv ad left my diabetic shoes behind they said they didn't have them I mentioned I wud cancel my payment so I called the next day 2 see if they popped up n my shoes appeared lol really I recommend u bring ur own bug killer disinfecting spray drawers were dusty had 2 clean them out top of refrigerator was dusty n dirty had 2 add my own touches 2 freshen up the room n not feel stuffy k I recommend 2 ck out the room b4 purchasing 4 ur getaway stay

THIEVES!!! I stayed in this curry smelling flea bag for a weekend during the Gem Show and, like all second rate motels, their prices was jacked up for the tourists. The staff was helpful enough and the room wasn’t too dirty but they charged me a $50 deposit which I never got back. The manager always had some story as to why I haven’t got it back yet.Find value for your money elsewhere because they’ll steal it from you here.

Would no star this motel if I could. The female desk clerk was super rude for no reason and asked my husband how we are married if we don't have the same last name. Unprofessional. Room was mostly clean but smelled horribly of bleach. Towels, bed sheets, pillow cases all stunk of bleach. No tub stopper, and she tried to charge us extra for children that were listed on our reservation. Charged a $50 dollar security deposit that was not explained on reservation. My husband left his ID at the desk and she called us and before I could thank her she hung up on me. Do not recommend this motel for anyone.
