This is my 3rd time coming to this facility. The rehab staff are the best and social worker is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for medical and physical rehabilitation.

My mom, who has Alzheimer's, has been at this facility for almost 7 years now. My dad was there for 5 years before he passed in 2017. The place has made some changes in the last couple of years for the better. They changed management around and certain people within the facility who definitely communicate better with the family regarding any issues. The staff and nurses are very nice and have taken good care of my mom.

This place is horrible I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here.treated my mother bad she almost got pnemonia here wouldn't turn off air when I tried to speak about it the nurse on staff started verbally abusing my mother to make her change her mind about being cold because she didn't want to move my mother's room.she and I got into an altercation , I was physically assaulted.this place should be closed down , especially if they hire unprofessional nurses like this GET Your Family OUT!!!!!

Great place for Spanish speaking people to receive Nursing care and most especially super Rehab therapy. The staff & management are helpful, smiling, respectful and responsive to our questions & concerns! Thank you to Rehab again, Andrea- social worker, Ms. Marlene Nurse Manager, Jenny - activities, Coleman- CNA, Stephanie and others! I recommend Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center to any family looking for great care with compassion!

The facility is strictly Glatt Kosher. They provide both short and long term care and rehabilitation.
Yes. There are 2 parking lots on front of and to the side of the building.
Hi. This question came to me, I guess because I just left a review. They do accept long-term patients, if they have availability, and if the person's coverage pays for it. It really shouldn't matter where the person is coming from, any facility's concern is the ability of the patient or resident to make payments one way or the other. You might have to wait until Monday to get a definitive answer, but you can always call.
Hello Brenda, we are sorry to respond that our facility does not currently have a ventilator unit. Thank you for your inquiry.
