Since it has changed hands I will say that the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Not like when it was 2nd Amendment and most of the staff were arrogant and condescending. The firearm inventory however is very sparse and limited to top sellers. Their firearm prices are at the top end of the spectrum and don't expect any deals or discounts. It is now a corporate chain. The most disturbing part of this business is their accessory department. It is well stocked with only the highest end products at above the MSRP. There is nothing for the shooter on a budget or even mid grade to chose from. Some times you just want an accessory that doesn't break the bank. You won't find it here. Go to the internet first to compare actual prices. Its all out there from Amazon to Ebay and a boat load of reliable firearm and shooter accessory businesses . Do your research before buying here.

I’ve been to my fair share of gun shops, walked around for 10 minutes never greeted. Thanks to the sweet lady at the ammo counter for acknowledging me.

I’ve bought 2 guns from the store and they were very friendly with me and gave me great advice. I have plans to continue to get my firearms and exercise from them.

Very unsatisfied with service from this shop. Ordered an item that requires ATF approval in June. The ATF approved the purchase in November. The ATF has 45 days to deliver the tax stamp to the dealer (typically 30 days, but extended to 45 due to COVID). It has ben 45 days and Turner's cannot tell me whether or not they have the stamp or when they can transfer it to me. The only person able to perform the transfer apparently lives in Montana, and they do not have a date when this person will return to Tucson. They said maybe in two weeks, maybe later. It has been multiple week since this person was last in Tucson to transfer property to their owners. This is just absolutely dreadful customer service, and poor planning by Turner's. I would think long and hard about ever using this shop for an NFA item.

If you are a legal US citizen and an Arizona resident with a current address on your driver's license, as well as a clean criminal record, you should be able to purchase a long gun.
I honestly don't know. I do my transfers at Murphy's for $45
Yes they do. Kelly is right.
There's a pawnshop on golf links, east of the DM main gate that buys ammo.
