Most part pretty resonable. At times there is a wait and other customers might need the proper encouragement to keep to the business request of not drying car in wash area when others are waiting. The price increase to.. but that is everywhere. Over all might need to wait few mins but they have all their options available and ready for use when i go. I have been to others that have few more options but great place.

Been to this place two years, always clean, not experienced any machine broke down, always busy but their staff would route traffic to get ppl going. Average wait time about 5 mins, unless you come in very early or very late.

Great autowash, not over priced and it does a great job. I've never had any issues and use it for all my vehicles all the time

Overall the experience with the car wash and it's facilities, we're not bad. But the dollar changing machine was down, and has been for over 3 weeks now, and the employee that's supposed to be there to make change for the customers, was nowhere to be found when I needed them, thus resulting in having to pay twice what I should have. But the cherry on top of the whole situation was when he came back with a bag of fast food and a drink at 2:00 in the afternoon.
