This place is fantastic. Really more people should know about it. Every time I've gone there the staff are totally friendly and positive and just make you excited about computers computers in general. I just needed some SAT a cables cables and they gave them to me for so much cheaper than the big guys would would do I'm talking about $2 cheaper for each one. They're very knowledgeable I'm very helpful for any questions you have about setting up your computer or whatever it is you're trying to do you must go there Instead of one of the big corporate guys they're right off Ina near the 10 freeway And they're right at the end of the strip mall Once again I highly recommend this place to anyone especially the locals.

Extremely forthright and knowledgeable. Excellent, friendly customer service. I went in about a broken laptop LCD and was given specific answers based on the issue about the screen replacement cost and timeline. Smart Parts PC offered very reasonable rates and clear expectations.

I have been thinking about building another pc for a while now, and right when decided to pull the trigger on one, James and Wes were a great help every step of the way. They are super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, fixed all of my problems, and tried to give me the best experience possible. I would highly recommend if you are building a pc or are in the market for any cool tech, need something fixed, or just have any tech related question.

Hello there. Unfortunately that’s not a service that we render.

Can you repair a graphics card that is displaying lines on a display?

Dspamula Alkamedes | Jan 30, 2021

Generally when there are lines or artifacts on the screen, that is a good indication that the GPU chip is starting to fail. This is for several reasons, mainly due to overheating/poor thermals. Although we may not be able to completely fix it, we can tear it down and apply new thermal compound and pads where needed to help thermals on the card. If you think the card is completely done for, there is always the hail mary approach of fixing it via the "oven method" (Google it for tutorials). We only suggest this method as a last ditch effort to try and fix it. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us to discuss in further detail at 520-468-2320. Thank you!

do you guys have the ryzen 3 3200g in stock?

Eric | Dec 31, 2020
Smart Parts PC (Owner) | Jan 1, 2021

Unfortunately we do not. We only have a limited stock on Ryzen 3 3300X CPU’s and those are reserved for custom builds. That’s basically the last of our Ryzen 3000 series that we will get as we’re waiting on our shipment of Ryzen 5000 series CPU’s.

Are you able to fix LED lights from a gaming pc

Josue Corella | Dec 31, 2020
Smart Parts PC (Owner) | Jan 1, 2021

It depends on the specific issue, but more than likely it’ll be more cost effective to replace the component that LED is part of. Feel free to call us at 520-468-2320 to let us know your specific situation.

I’m trying to get a gaming pc because I used to play on my Xbox but I want a better experience but I want to make my own but I’m not sure what I want I just want a range of 800 and do you guys make PCs or do you just sell pre-built

Hi there. We sell parts for you to build your own and we also do full custom builds based your needs and budget. We have your budget, we would just need to know what your expectations are and what kind of components you’re wanting. At that price point, you’d be better off building it yourself, but if you need assistance doing that, we’re more than happy to help with that as well. Please feel free to call us at 520-468-2320 if you’d like to further discuss your build.
