everything was fine until out of the blue they decided my grandfather had exceeded their level of care. That's fine, we understand he'll have to be moved to a facility that can care at his needed level. What's not fine is to first tell us we have 30 days to move him, then tell us that it needs to be as soon as possible like in the next 5-7 days or they'll start charging $30 an hour for round the clock care, and then continually ask us when he will be moved. They clearly don't actually care about the resident's well being.... it's all about the money. Very Insensitive.

I have lived at Broadway Proper since March 2021, I moved in shortly after my husband passed away in January 2021. I have found it to be very nice place to live. The residents are all friendly and also the staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the trivia competition and also the various health and wellness assistance that is available to us. excercise classes as well as balance classes are offered. I don't think I would want to live anywhere else.'

Yes, come to Broadway Proper. I love happy hour we have great music, great treats and fun! Chair yoga is wonderful and the trivia games are the best ever!

I am happy to have mom living here. They treat her well and take good care of her. This is a good place to have your parents. They have a nice dining room on the 3rd floor looking out on the Catalinas and the Rincon mountains. The security of how the place is built is awesome. No one looking to do wrong could even find the tenants. Oh, the dining room, the waiters and waitresses are all very nice and the service is good. I'm happy to give 5 stars.
