I couldn't change the number of stars I posted in the past. I would delete one star. The yarn department had very little to choose from...in the amount of yarn available and the colors available. An employee asked if I needed help. I asked her if I could order yarn online from Michael's. She said, I guess so. No help.

Always find what I need for my crafts here. Even stuff I didn't know I needed! Just have to beat the rush for sales, because the yarn goes fast! Update: Online ordering has been a great addition through the pandemic and even now.

Clean, spacious. Huge variety, prices good. Staffed poorly, couldnt find help without going to front. Checkout very slow, there was a line of 4 or 5 people and another staff member in checkout area who didn't open a lane for about 15 mins while we waited.
