Do not ask them to fix their mistakes. They put a patch on my shirt that was crooked. Went in and asked them to remove it and straighten it. He argued saying it was straight. He proceed to rip the patch off and rip the new shirt. He then tried to cover the hole with the patch but you could still see it. He gave me the shirt back and i asked about the rip and he told me this is what you asked for.

I had some patches without the Velcro backing to attach to uniforms or hats. As this was close to the base I thought it would be a good fit for my need. Staff was very nice. Let me know they could not match the color (only on material). Could be done in a couple of days. When I picked it up I was very impressed. Thread color was perfect (could not tell the material was added later), and the patches now work perfect. Will get all my tailor needs done here from now on.

Fast for stripes. But DO NOT BUY THERE US AIR FORCE TAB OR NAME TAPE. They will not pass for originals, you will have to buy the official ones and sew those on.
