If you haven’t ventured out to try Villa Peru, you’re missing a great experience. A taste of Peru in Tucson. Welcoming, quaint, transportive, all requirements of a little piece of heaven in the city. I had lamb shank with quinoa and a beef chicken and pork stew with rice, absolutely amazing. The leche de tigre ceviche was a delicious tangy oniony pungent punch of flavor, really unforgettable. The guava cheesecake, fabulous. Donut was interesting with a great molasses type syrup.

Small place with excellent food. I'm a relative novice to Latin food, but of the three places I've been to, this is the best I've been to in Southern Arizona. Seafood is fresh. Flavors are unique with several dishes having a creamy yellow chili sauce that is not spicy but has a wonderful flavor. Ceviches are delicious. Several chicken, and beef dishes along with seafood. Very good service. Live music (saxophonist) not intrusive.

The best part about this place was the hostess! She was doing everything for our server who completely neglected us! THE HOSTESS on Valentine's Day deserves a raise! The food was not worth the price. Completely over priced for the serving and combination of service HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
