Buyer beware**the vehicles sold by Drive time are rejects hurricane cars after you pay all the $$ and extra for warranty something Always happens bank on it. Then they send you to their warranty company Silver Rock They then say they will fix the cheapest repair and refuse to help on the high dollar repairs. They then say we'll help on a 40/40 so they make tons of $$. Drive time only uses them because they are owned by Drive Time!! So guess who's making $$ off our misfortune.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE They took my perfectly running trade in and sold me a vehicle with a blown engine. It is of course covered by the warranty and getting replaced but I purchased my vehicle on 3/2/22 and still do not have it. The warranty only covers $300 in rental reimbursement so as a single mom who just traded in my good vehicle for NO vehicle I am absolutely disgusted. Drivetime doesn't care what they sell you they just refer you to the warranty dept. I will never buy here again. Oh it also had a coolant hose that was fixed with epoxy instead of replacing the bad hose.

Robert and Jenna were incredible at helping me through the car buying process and made everything stress free, on top of being very thorough and friendly. This is my second time coming here for a good reason.

The extended warranty provides assistance with the vehicle power train (engine, transmission, drive axles, etc.) brakes can be considered as a regular maintenance item as well as oil changes, tires, and batteries.
