Overall my experience with Cactus Jack's has been very trying, and very, very expensive. My troubles with this car buying experience are too many to name here. HINDSIGHT is 20/20. #1. Know the lemon laws before you buy a used car. 2. Buy an extended warranty and expect to have to use it. 3. Do not take your car to be fixed at the dealership. Use Trufix in phx. 4. Document everything with pictures and text/email. 5. Use professionalism when dealing with staffand don't expect a hand out. 6. Keep up your payments no matter what Another of reviews are very negative..but I used it to my advantage..knowing what NOT to do served me well. I can say that end the end, Joe has come through for me and done his best to accommodate me. This loan is super high interest, but my score has increased nearly one hundred points...

Yes I wasn't pressured into buying something answered all my questions was able to walk away until I was ready to buy nice change fom your typical dealer
They do that because they don't check your credit score. And all they ask is if they know you.

I only have liability insurance. They didn't require full coverage
