If you are looking for a great used car – along with a supportive, respectful, informed, and customer service centered experience, I highly recommend Jay’s Auto. I recently lost my car in a house fire - and after (finally) getting the pay-out, I was ready to by another car. I received several recommendations from trusted sources to see what Jay’s had to offer. What a wonderful experience! Everyone there, from David who took my call and set up an appointment, to Kevin, the sales representative I worked with, Gabriel the finance manager, and finally to Jay, the owner, they all went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my decision. I chose a Toyota Corolla, which was missing a jack and spare tire, had a crack in the rear driver taillight, and needed (IMO) 2 new tires for the front of the vehicle – all of that was corrected prior to me purchasing the car. They even took the car to the Toyota dealer to ensure that any recall issues had been addressed! The kindest, most sincere, and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Jay the owner is so principled. Everyone there really made the entire car-buying experience uncomplicated and fun! I have already recommended Jay’s Auto to several of my friends and colleagues – and will continue to do so whenever I can.

When I called about seeing a Jeep on the website Jay took the call and we scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He had his salesman David work with me. David was very knowledgeable about the choices on my list. He took the time to discuss each one. I test drove my top pick while there and knew this was what I wanted. They made the process easy.
