I had a great experience at Tucson Used Auto. HD was the business manager. He understood I had a low budget to work with. Irregardless, he found many cars in excellent condition that were in my price range. He never pressured me to buy something I could not afford. In addition, he followed thru with the small repairs needed for example, a missing button cover. His sales associates, Julio and Carlos really went out of their way to show me so many fantastic cars. They were so polite and well informed about each car they showed me. They took their time, never rushing me into a decision. These three gentlemen are top notch! Update: What you didn't know, I was asked repeatedly to make this review. While the things I said were generally true, there were things I left out. For example, it took 3 months to get my license plate! I was repeatedly told "It should be here any day". Finally the manager intervened, and explained it was not ordered due to a mix up. Nothing was offered to compensate for this mix up, even his apology was insincere. He then audaciously suggested that I should have checked with DMV about my license plate. I was sold a BIG FAT LEMON!!! 4 months later I had to buy a new lock for the door. The car would not unlock. I Changed the fob's battery twice, that didn't work so I tried the key, but the key would not unlock the car. I called a car locksmith, and he said what I thought, that it was the wrong key to the car. Tucson Auto said they could not help, the car was out of the warranty period. Cost to repair was $450. 14 months later, the car was dead. Remember, this is a 2013 car. What happened: The car's warning bells started going off. The message said that the engine oil was overheating, and to put car in neutral. 3 minutes after doing so, the car shut off, and an explosion of what looked like a diluted chocolate milkshake covered the hood of my car. The oil and water mixed! How could this happen? I knew what that meant. The car was only seven years old when I bought it. I had the car for a total of 14 months. Since I didn't drive it much, there was only one occasion to change the oil. The car cost $5,000. I knew I had seen the end of the car. A mechanic was called to confirm my suspicion. My 2013 Chevy Cruze had died.

I purchased my vehicle in August paid cash no issues w the car love it. BUT two month pass temp plate expires... Call the MVD and my vehicles title is still under Tucson used auto. I'm mad now. I call the sales person who helped me and he has too do "research" to find out what happend... We play phone tag for a few days. Then I get a hold of the supervisor Steve and (still no apology mind you) we play phone tag for 4 days before they have someone go to the MVD and register the vehicle in my name. Worst place to purchase a car. These ppl just care about sales they don't care about the customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Went to test drive a vehicle and it was nothing and I mean nothing like the pictures. It was complete garbage. Beware pictures can be misleading 😒

Hello, the place is fine, only one detail that is a problem is that if your car is missing something they say to fix it but they do not last and until now they have not given me the green cards for my truck and it is a battle
