Rob was very friendly and helpful. Alejandro was friendly as well. I primarily dealt with Rob. The purchase process was hassle free, and no pressure. After purchasing the Buick regal at the end of last month, I let Rob know that there was a clicking sound coming from the engine and the air fan on 6 blows with the temp low has a loud sound and doesn't cool the car down. I took it in for service after the holiday they kept it for a week. I was given two different loaner cars. Both were trade in vehicles that were not cleaned and had damage inside and out. Those vehicles shouldn't have been given as loaners. Each car was given a 3 restricted tag with the vehicle registration in my name. I was only offered a new loaner after the temp tag expired (yes I sent pictures of the loaner cars I even vacuumed the first because it was full of car/dog hair). I picked up the car after a week. The air blows cooler however, it's still really loud on 6 which is the fan speed. And there is still a clicking sound coming from the engine. I sent a text to Rob as soon as I left and sent videos of the car those went unanswered showing the issues. Alejandro called two days later and said he was going to get with service and call me back.

Go to paramount and ask for Michael, he is awesome! They didn't have what I originally came in for, but he found me something even better!

I made an appointment to view a car and drove from Phoenix. Apparently the car had sold days before and no one contacted me to tell me. Don’t waste your time here, there is not great customer service.
