I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Everything was going great until after I purchased the car. The car was dirty, is missing a window visor, and has small interior damage. The dealer Eddy told us everything would be taken care of through the service department. I have been trying to get in contact with anyone from cactusauto to address these issues and can’t get a call back after leaving multiple voicemails to Eddy and the service department. I had to get my own oil change and replace a tire within the first 3 weeks of purchasing this vehicle. Seems like they got my money and that’s all they cared about.

To my knowledge; as well as from experience, a response is generally known the same day or the next. I cannot think of a situation, excluding weekends and holidays that a week would be needed. Generally, when a credit application is denied the purchaser is told that they will be contacted via mail with further explanation of reason for denial. I hope this helps.

Yes they ask for your license they are over priced and if u have bad credit they want an enormous amount of money down. I ended up going to drive time
