Warning! Crooks! We purchased a vehicle from Car World on Oracle Road in Tucson Arizona, we had it for 19 days. The engine started steaming, AC went out, back light was out. I thought, ok, it needs antifreeze. Opened the container, it was thick black! My stepfather, who is a mechanic, was at my house and said, your engine is shot, there is oil in your antifreeze. Called Carworld, they wouldn't help us and said we had to haul it back ourselves. Third trip to Tucson, we live 2 hours away. Took it to car lot. Early that morning it was "stolen." Hmm, a little fishy to me. They knew they were in trouble with the Lemon law. We have photos and witnesses. Do not believe any response they have to complaints on these reviews.

I have every right to speak about my experience even if it’s good or bad without Brian the sales manger asking me to take down my post . I got sold a lemon car in February less then 1 week off the lot it over heated. It has been in & out their shop multiple times until they decided they no longer want to pay for parts and labor it is now September and I still have the same over heating problem. I spoke to Brian about returning my car and exchanging it for another and said I would get a call back after speaking with the owner never did I receive a call back.

David provided great customer service for us. He was very helpful during the test driving phase and answered all our questions. I would recommend him and Car World to any one who is looking for a good deal and helpful staff. Great Experience and I would come back.

It keeps expenses down. Card company gets a percentage of the transaction, sometimes as high as 3 percent. It is a bit of a nuisance.
I am not sure on that. But the application is online at car world and easy to complete.
Yes. We wanted to take one to OUR mechanic, they balked at that. They said he was too far away in town. He suggested we see a close by mechanic, and said they had no relationship. I felt that was wrong. I wanted someone we know and trust. Our son is an ASE Certified mechanic. We were otherwise treated reasonably well and they worked hard to get us a great interest rate.
Yes, they eork extremely hard to put you in a car.
