Friendly owner and staff. Best home cook food. Has fried chicken,, green beans and yams! You’d be disappointed to pass by Aunny’s without stopping. Wish we had room for dessert.. we will definitely be back!

Aunny's has a great Southern menu but the place seems like such an empty hodgepodge when you walk in. No design. I love a great hole-in-the wall restaurant because they are usually fabulous and the ones locals go to! But... The staff are nice. There is that. We ordered chicken, both of which were made fresh but were dried old birds, with sides that were tasteless pre-frozen or out of a can. They were out of the mashed potatoes, which might have been homemade (who knows), but the sweet potato fries were fabulous! If it's supposed to be home cooking, it should all be! I guess it's so highly rated because there simply isn't a lot of choice in Georgetown, S.C. Ask the server what they suggest and don't get the peas and carrots 😂
