I love living here. You won't find any on campus living space for the price. I enjoy the fact that it's not actually located on campus. Don't worry about a parking pass though because they offer transportation to and from campus. The staff is amazing. The owner, Oliver, is always around. He's very personable and I love stopping by the office just to say hey. Best of all though are the events hosted by the complex. The event coordinator hailie does an awesome job making the coolest events. The pool parties beat a frat party any day. I would recommend the stone avenue standard to any U of A student looking for a place to live.

The Standard is like a community. The events are so fun and well organized. Whether the events are a pool party or a taco party, there is so much to do here. The pool parties are the best. It’s impossible to have a boring experience living here. <3

The Stone is great place to live if you are a student at the U of A. They have a daily shuttle that takes you to campus, which is a luxury if you don't have a parking spot at school. The front desk and maintenance staff are unbelievably kind and take care of all requests in a very timely manner. The shuttle drivers are super great people as well, I always enjoyed my ride to school because of them. The pool, gym, and Mac computers/printers are all a lovely added benefits to the complex. The grounds are kept extremely clean as well as all common areas. I experienced no issues while living here, and highly recommend it to any one looking to rent near the University of Arizona.

I moved in in January for the Spring semester and this place has been awesome. Kat was super helpful throughout the whole process and she even answered all of my moms questions. The pool is really pretty and the gym is HUGE! I have a garage and the community is gated and it’s less than a mile and a half from campus. I love it here!
