This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I placed an order and there was a minor problem which was taken care of immediately. I wasn't sent to one person after another as with too many companies. One email was all it took. The reply was within a day. I reordered another set of cut pieces, some odd shapes. They arrived in perfect condition (fantastic packaging) and cut exactly to size. The finish was perfect as were the pieces. I cannot recommend P&K any higher. I would have given them 10 stars if possible. You can't go wrong with them. By the way, I'm in California and they're in Massachusetts. I could have gone local, but their prices were much better. My experience was like dealing with a company in my town.

Called for assistance in placing an order (I have never ordered custom acrylic before) and the person was very helpful. I placed an order online and the same day my piece was marked as completed and I was able to pick it up the very next morning. The cut was absolutely perfect to spec and the acrylic is high quality. I mean, after taking off the film you can't even tell there's anything there. And the prices are some of the best I found in the area. Highly recommend! If I or a friend ever need some custom acrylic, sending them here without a question.

Awesome to work with. Spoke with Paul over the phone 10 min to closing and again 15 min after closing. I told him that I needed an acrylic square cut ASAP as this was an emergency. He explained that he can have it ready the next morning. I got to the location 15 min after they opened expecting to wait at least an additional 15 min but to my surprise, the piece was cut and ready for me to take. This place was a life saver. I cannot emphasize how badly I needed this piece and P&K came through. Highly recommend this place. The owner is nice as was his staff. Thanks P&K for saving the day!
