Katelyn went above and beyond helping me to purchase a brand new phone and switch from Verizon to AT&T. She had the answer to every question I had and helped me bundle my new plan accordingly. I’m an EMT so I had a lot of questions about the FirstNet first responder phone plan. One of the best in person customer service experiences I've had when it comes to purchasing a new phone and enrolling in a plan. What’s usually a lengthy process was quick and straightforward. On top of all that I’m getting more service for less money. Any other first responders, I highly recommend getting AT&T with their Firstnet plan.

My husband's business iphone died. He was sold a new iPhone 12, which the saleswoman said was 1/2 price. Was he offered this because of his insurance policy he had for years?. She had access to our account. Shouldn't that be activated? I feel like he was scammed because she gets more credit w a new sale than insurance claim. He was sent out of the store without transferring the data from his old work phone. She said they don't do that for customers anymore. The data transfer kept failing overnight. Neither phone was active. He is always on call & may have lost business. It took up until the next mid morning for our son to come fix the set up. Very frustrating. Plus he was told there would be a monthly security charge of $25, but when he got home he could call to stop that. So weird to have to even put it on. So many extra charges when you get a new phone. We will be taking tge insurance off our other 3 paid off phones now, saving $27/mo.
