What can I say about ICON cinema I’ve recently been to? On the bright side: - great location with lots of parking spaces; - it has waitresses services inside the cinema; - sits are new/sounds good/screen great On the not on so bright side: - sitting has some angle which makes sitting more comfortable, but still could be better. Sitting through 2,5hr film have been a bit of challenging #ICONcinemaCalifornia #ICONcinemaBayArea #ICONcinemaUSA #cinemaCalifornia

In terms of amenities (comfortable, heated seats), it’s a great theatre. The staff is also friendly for the most part. However, there should be clear signage regarding POS (point of sales) areas. I asked one of employees how often they had to redirect customers to the kiosks when they approach the counter (where there are several monitors facing both the employee and the customer) and I was told that it happens frequently. This is an obvious sign, no pun intended, that a sign should be more clearly posted. There should also be more sturdy carrying trays for customers purchasing more than one beverage. The current version of a carrying tray is about as sturdy as a shoe box lid. Edit: updated stars to "5" after having a great experience on the next visit

Watched a movie here last night and what an experience! From the heated reclining seats to the 10/10 delicious food there is nothing bad to say about this cinema ! Toilets were clean. Service was friendly and informative. Payment and ordering food was easy via touchscreen panel. We ordered the carne asada loaded fries with sour cream and guacamole + the loaded bacon Mac and cheese - nothing to fault - full of flavor and soo good! Love how it’s covid friendly where cutlery and hand sanitizer wipes plus the packed meals were placed in a bag. All in all, definitely coming back !

Bought movie ticket online and pick up at the kiosk. Easy breezy. Love the reclined seats and very comfortable that I was falling asleep.

Hello J! Ticket prices vary in time and the type of film experience. Tuesdays are $6 online and $7 in person all day minus VIP+. Other days range from $9-$14 and VIP+ tend to be a but more although if you sign up for our EXTRAS program you can get a free upgrade with the membership. From their website: Children's tickets are for ages 3-12, except in our ICON locations for PG13 and R-rated films after 7pm, when children must be ages 7-12. Our ICON locations also have Infant tickets for those under the age of 3 for all shows at 6:55pm and earlier, and for G and PG-rated films after 7pm (children ages 3-6 are ticketed at the child rate during this window as well) Hope that helps
Only theaters 1 thru 3 and all on top level. What he said above and spacious, with drink holders and large movable trays for to put food or whatever. No one under 21 after 8 pm. Very nice bar,, lounge, and separate restaurant and snack bar. I recommend getting the ICON app too.

Also, keep in mind that with your EXTRAS membership. No online ticketing fees when reserving seats, invites to members only events and screenings, plus half off RealD 3D movie experience charges.
