You should only donate sturdy or plush items here. They don't care about heavy things thrown on top of breakables. They throw working electronics in the "ewaste" bucket. But they have a LOT of capacity, which is great.

People drop off tons of donations every day but if a Homeless person goes there and asks for a pair of clean socks they will not help him? Let's boycott the place !!!

You should call and check because they get allot of donations and they could turn you down. Also there are some items they don't accept.
No they don't pickup. Also don't take furniture. Try Salvation Army or Hope. Another option is post ad on Craigslist or Nextdoor
Fitting rooms were open and all appeared to be fully functional. No restrictions.

I believe approx 5:30 pm @ the main distribution warehouse. However, there are numerous donation trucks conveniently located in all of santa clara county that are available 24hrs a day. NOTE: salvation army also excepts furniture. By calling the "ARC" rehab ctr arrangements can be made for them to pick up your donations
